80 % Grenache - 20 % Syrah
Harvest Late September to mid - October. Alcoholic fermentation between 18°C and 22°C. Skin maceration between 12 and 20 days. Very soft extraction. Free - run juice selection only.
Deep ruby robe. The nose is intense with dominant blackcurrant. In mouth, the Grenache expresses richness and balance. Fruity and long final with silky tannins.
To be served slightly cool (16°C-18°C) with your favourite red meat, game, cheese and especially lamb brochettes with roasted eggplant.
