70% Grenache noir, 30% Syrah
Night-harvested grapes. Direct pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature (14°C-16°C). This low temperature avoids oxidation and makes fresh and flavoured wines. Maturing on fine lees.
Light and shiny pink colour. Delicate nose developing pink fruit aromas with fineness. Clear attack in mouth. Freshness brings crunchy substance. Long and fresh final taste.
To be served between 10°C and 12°C as an aperitif, with a grilled meat. To drink preferably within the year.
