Mainly Clairette (typical meridional grape), Roussanne and Grenache white.
Night-harvest. Pneumatic pressing, Cold settling and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (around 15°C.)
The Clairette gives nice aromas of ripe pears with flowery notes that come from the Rousanne. Delicate and well balanced with a nice aromatic and gustative freshness.
Best served chilled (10°C). It will the perfect accompany wine for grilled fish or sea food Also ideal as an aperitif.
