Grapes coming from selected plots on clay and calcareous soils located in the heart of the Luberon mountain (between 300 and 400m high).
70% Vermentino, 30% Grenache blanc
Night harvested between early and late September according to the altitude and the grapes. Skin maceration from 3 to 6 hours. Pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation between 13°C and 16°C. Maturing on fine lees.
Brilliant pale yellow robe. The wine shows balsamic and resine flavours. Very aromatic and mineral with citrus fruits notes. In mouth, the wine is fat, long and delicate on the palate.
To be enjoyed cool between 8°C and 10°C. Best served as an aperitif or with sea food (fish and shell fish).
