Syrah 60% - Grenache Noir 40%
Harvest between late September and mid-October. Alcoholic fermentation between 20°C and 24°C. Soft extractions, maceration between 7 and 15 days. Free-run juice selection only.
Ruby red robe. Young and open nose of fresh fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant) and a hint of ripe fruits. Suave attack and coated matter with fresh fruits aromas and a hint of blackcurrant liqueur. Neat and fresh final.
To be served fresh (16°C-18°C). It will be a great companion for red meats or game.
