70% Grenache noir, 30% Syrah
Grapes are collected in early September. Traditional vinification with low temperature (16°C-18°c). Long maceration (20 days).
Deep ruby robe. Ripe red fruit, blackcurrant and raspberry aromas. Very round wine in mouth delivering a nice spicy note at the end.
To be served at 16°C with a grilled rib roast or cheese. To drink preferably within three years.
