This cuvée is grown on South-facing plots made of clay and limestone.
The harvest is done early enough to keep all the freshness of Marselan. The temperature is controlled during vatting and pressing. The work of the marc keeps velvety tannins.
The color is dense, dark, deep. The first nose is balsamic with notes of juniper. Notes of blackberry liqueur and sweet spices are revealed.
