“Les Vallons” (“vales” in French) shape the soft landscapes of the southern Luberon massif. The wines coming from Vermentino and Grenache Blanc parcels are velvety and also keep a lovely freshness… A pure experience of pleasure.
Vermentino – Grenache Blanc
The harvest of the two grapes varieties, Vermentino and Grenache Blanc, takes place at the same time, during the first week of October. Fermentation and ageing are done entirely in new barrels. The stirring of the lees in barrel glorify this cuvée. Indeed, it creates an aromatic complexity with richness and freshness. It takes two years of ageing in barrels to reach the aromatic excellence of Inventa Les Vallons.
The nose is intense with lively caramelized apple notes with subtle and soft smoked aromas. The first taste reveals a lovely softness. The mouth reveals a balanced texture with wonderful quince and fruit jelly flavor. This cuvée is noble and powerful.
You will enjoy this cuvée with a goat cheese, omelet with truffles or with sea food.
