Plots situated on a clayey and calcareous terroir rather pebbly.
Harvest from late August to mid-September. Night-harvested. Soft pressing, vinification at low temperature and maturing on fine lees.
Fair and very shiny colour, this Chardonnay offers a very aromatic nose featured by exotic fruits. In mouth, it reveals mineral and citrus flavours. Well-balanced, fresh as well as fat, this wine has a good length.
To be served fresh (8°C-9°C). This wine can be served as an aperitif. It also accompanies a bass fillet or a vegetable terrine.
