Plots situated on rocky clayey and chalky slopes.
Harvest between mid-September and mi-October. Vatting until alcoholic fermentation (23°C-25°C). Soft extractions without press-juice.
Under a crimson and bright colour, the nose is intense with fresh fruit (raspberry, blueberry) and liquorice aromas. The mouth is supple and well-structured. Red fruit aromas are found again within a beautiful harmony.
To be served between 12°C and 14°C. This wine is appreciated with exotic food as well as Provence cuisine, roasted chops cooked with aromatic herbs or stuffed vegetables.
